- Du kümmerst Dich um den gesamten Bestellprozess, angefangen bei der Anlage einer Bestellung über die Einholung der Auftragsbestätigung bis hin zur Einhaltung von Wareneingangsterminen
- Du sorgst dafür, dass alle Rechnungen und Belege zu den Bestellungen vorliegen
- Du hältst die Produktstammdaten immer auf dem neuesten Stand
- Du pflegst sehr engen Kontakt zu unseren Lieferanten und unserem Logistik Partner
- Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zu unseren verschiedenen Abteilungen wie z. B. Category Management, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Management und Accounting.

Das bringst Du mit
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Bachelor-Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du konntest bereits erste Berufserfahrung sammeln, idealerweise im operativen Einkauf
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen gesammelt, bist zahlenaffin und zeigst sicheren Umgang mit MS-Excel
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von Eigenverantwortung, Verlässlichkeit und einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch
- Du bist kommunikationsstark – sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch
- Du bist flexibel mit viel Eigeninitiative und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick.
